Snow at Stowe 10/3!!!

Just looked at Stowe's website and they got an inch of snow on Friday 10/3!! I have a feeling its gonna be a great season here in New England! Can't wait.. just bought my Aura's and can't wait til opening day!

Mt Snow also reported flurries at the summit, last year opening day was somewhere around Nov 14th,i was there but my memory is shot to the exact day. It's hard to believe we could be skiing in 6 weeks.

I skied Mount Snow on November 11 last year, I think it opened the day before. It was suddenly announced on the radio, so I believe it was ahead of plan.

ESA Stowe was the most amazing event, with a tremendous amount of snow last year. I LOVED it!

I heard that Mt. Snow is guarenteeing that they will be the first resort to open in NE this year. Don't know what they are backing that up with but that is what I heard. Only skiied there once - I will have to check it out this year. I guess they the most snow making guns..
