Slimmer fit ski jackets

Wondering whether anyone can recommend a jacket or brand that is scaled to fit smaller people ? I'm not tiny, but at 5'3" and about 112 lbs, with fairly short arms, I find that most jackets are too loose or baggy fitting for me. Looking for something mid-weight as even though I live in Canada, I do most of my skiing in Utah, Colorado and New Mexico where temps are relatively mild in Feb and March. Thanks!

I've had good luck with Marmot. I'm 5'1, just over 100 lbs. and their XS jackets usually fit me well. I think Obermeyer also tends to run small?

AS @tinymoose suggested, those two brands are reliable. Most ski-oriented jackets are cut with a trimmer shape as opposed to snowboard jackets which tend to be more loose. However, I have found that reading the description from the manufacturer when they list "fit" they state trim, regular, loose, and very loose.

I am small too, and have found trim cuts in many brands, including snowboard jackets.

For ski style you will find most will be trim: NILS KJUS SPYDER DESCENTE and even NORTH FACE ( not a ski-specific oriented company) , plus several other companies have nice fitting jackets.

On the Snowboard side DC VOLCOM CAPPEL/RIDE . I would stay away from BURTON AND ROXY as they are always too big. PICTURE ORGANIC is another company offering slim styles. As does PATAGONIA.

COLUMBIA can be be a toss.

Kind of like buying jeans...your favorite brand/model will not fit the same way even when you take three of the very same pair to try on. I did not list the many brands included in my own ski wardrobe, but I have something from every one i DID mention above. And don't forget the two @tinymoose mentioned: Marmot and Obermeyer ! I have those as well.

Yes, I have waaayy too many ski jackets and pants.

Patagonia (mentioned above) has XXS sizing that fits like a dream! I’m 5’1 about 103 ish these days!

Oh Mountain Force is European sizing and runs small. Think mine is a 32 or 34.

My two favorite ski jackets are Marmot. One I bought almost 20 years ago. The other is my current cold weather ski jacket. I'm 5'0", 110 lbs, short arms.

Given how much I like my Nobody's Princess ski pants, when I'm ready for a new jacket I might be trying their ski jacket. The body shapes are Apple, Pear, Rectangle, Hourglass, and Rectangle. Apparently adjustments are possible at the bust area, waist, and for hip width.

My Airblaster Nicolette (XS) worked well for me at 5'2" and 110-120lb; and has been passed on to a shorter, smaller friend who is around 5'0" and at least 15lb lighter with good success fit wise.

@SkiBam has Chlorophyll jackets that she seems to like.
LOVE my Chlorophyll jacket. I think the one I have now is my second or third. Really good fit for a small person. Chlorophylle is a Quebec company - don't know if they have stores outside the province but they do sell online..

Nils and Kjus: both these brands I have to way size up as they are narrow fitting. Love mt Kjus though: super stretchy and very warm even though thins and non-bulky.

Wow, lots of great suggestions, thanks! Some I hadn't heard of so will check them out. Heading to Montreal this weekend so I will try to visit a Chlorophyll store.
