Ski recommendations?

Diva in Training
I'm heading over to Canada very very soon and I need a versatile pair of skis that will work for the powder over there, some backcountry and off-piste and still be able to handle some fast runs on groomers and hold edge in the ice and crud back home in oz. And no chattering! I know all this is quite demanding of a ski but is there any ski which could tick lots of these boxes? I'm an advanced skiier and I'm pretty light and short.
Also this season I made a terrible terrible mistake and bought a set of dynastar troublemakers...park specific twin tips which become noodles at high speeds. My plan was to offload them and buy a set of skis once I got to Canada. My budget isn't great, but a few people recommended the used skis at evogear in Seattle, where I'm heading on my way to Vancouver. I looked at the skis they had on offer, some of which were Stolki rotors, rossignol bandits b2 and b78 and fischer maunga.
Sorry if this is a lot to process, but does anyone have any advice?

On a budget, you may want to consider checking out the Gear swap here on SkiDiva. Problem is that you need a minimum amount of posts to be able to participate in there.

AS Veggi says, the auroroa is an amazing ski but not a good ski for someone on a budget.

Ski Diva is small and light. She seems to love the Fischer Vision, but I could be mistaken.
She also raved about the Volkl Aurora, but again, this its first year so it won't be found at a bargain.

Here is a listing from Severine for some Roxy Joyriders.
I think she still wants to sell them.
Send her a pm.
I hate doing this, but I need the money and it's not likely I'll need a ski quiver right now anyway.... So, I have a pair of practically new Roxy Joyriders in 162cm length. I used them one day for 3 runs. I purchased them from sierrasnowboard.com for $479 and while I know it's asking a lot, I'd really like the same. That includes shipping, if necessary. I'd really like to see these go to a Diva so hopefully someone on here is interested.

ETA: These are the 07-08 model with the greenish paisley. I can get pics if someone needs them, just busy multitasking with taking care of the little guy right now. If you think my price is too high, please feel free to make an offer. Just please remember that these are barely used.

My post might not have made sense, some extra words in there...sorry I was in rush : )
Your post makes perfect sense and the Aurora is an amazing ski for the OP's description but out of the stated budget because it is in its first year and has received rave reviews!!!

Thanks Snowhot, I'm glad you jumped in I seem to have read right over the budget area...I was anxious to get to the hill what can I say! Your suggestions are spot on in all areas...heck maybe I'll demo some even though I already have my workhorse ski (k2 PE's). Good luck to the OP finding THE ski...it's so nice once you do : ).

Thanks for suggesting my skis but they're no longer for sale. Needed the money but I fell in love with them this weekend and they are not going anywhere! :D I highly recommend getting a pair of Joyriders, though! :becky:

I found a pair of Joyriders for $300 with bindings today, but they did not come home with me.

The Joyriders really are a great all-around ski. This weekend I used them on hardpack, super-hardpack (alright, it was nearly ice), crud, death cookies, and some beautiful hero snow. Performed beautifully in all conditions, turned nicely (even for me, LOL), love them! I'm sure they'd do even better for someone who knows what they're doing. I can definitely see how they would offer enough float in powder, too. They may not have a wide waist, but the shovel is huge! Even wider than my Celebrities!
