Ski Press Ski Reviews

Did anyone else check out the Ski Press reviews for this year?

They actually did what I've been suggesting all along....for the most part, the women tested both the unisex and the women's skis - Yay!!

Here's the kicker though:

The Volkl Attiva AC2 got the highest marks of any ski in any of their tests! Wow!! It had a glowing write up.

If you haven't picked up the Ski Press mag yet - do so, or check out their web site!!!

The AC2 is on pg 71. Oh, and check out the number of reviews they had to tabluate (pg 60 - holy cow!!)

Oh, and thanks for the link!!

SkiPress is the only test I feel is non bias. They use ski instructors to do the tests. I know alot of the people who tested. I'm going to retry a pair since the gals seemed to like them and I didn't. The Elans! Volkl doesn't usually show up at the demo days at Tremblant. But if I can find some I want to try them. If you are at any of the Canadian hills, especially in Quebec or some ski shops, this mag is free and you can get a subscription that would be mailed to you. It's a great mag anyways.

The Jeep advertisement is the first page of the 'magazine'. Just click on the right botton of the page and it should turn so that you see the next one.

I agree a lot of work went into this one, and I love that they post it on the web for free!

Do you own the AC2? If you don't, it sounds like you should:D
I have this years AC4 and LOVE it. I haven't had a chance to do a whole lot of off piste yet, but from what I can tell it's going to be just as fun!

The page takes a while to load up. I'd wait to make sure it's loaded completely, then like the other divas said. Click on the bottom right hand corner to turn the pages...have fun/

I don't, but am now planning to demo them when I do my demo day (if they have them). Typically, I outski anything that far down the model line.....but I'm truly curious to check them out now.

If you blow it up, won't that leave computer parts all over your desk?

Actually I really like Ski press. Its far more thorough than others.

Now I feel a need to demo some new skis:D
