Security incident Ski NH

Hi. I received a letter today from Sterling Valley Systems, Inc. d/b/a Inntopia. They said Ski NH had suspicious activity around February 18, 2022. Just giving all the NH skiers a heads up. I now will need to change my card for the 3rd time this year. Bahhhh

That's interesting. I got a letter from Innotopia yesterday as well, but my letter does not mention ski NH or give any details. Did you call the number? My husband looked Inntopia up but couldn't really find any information about them so we though it might be a scam. Well, I did not buy anything via ski NH this year, so I am sure its fine but will pull my credit reports from the 3 different companies just to be sure. Thanks for the heads up.

I thought the same…I tried to buy our Breton Woods tickets through Ski NH, but didn’t. They don’t have my cc info, but I wanted to make everyone aware.

Ugh!! I got a letter in the mail but didn't know what the heck Inntopia was. I assumed it was something like this because when I looked it up I saw the ski industry software involvement. Shoot, now I need to see what I used for payment with Ski NH when I booked the Bretton Woods tickets for Diva East.

I wonder why yours was so specific and mine seemed so vague of a letter. I didn't see anything about Ski NH.. Almost wasn't sure if it was legit when I got it.

Ah, that explains it! In hindsight I am not so sad I missed out on the Ski NH deal for Bretton Woods! The work call that had me occupied at 9AM the morning they went on sale apparently saved me from this hack....although another one is sure to be right around the corner. Gah.
