Season Pass Price Hikes

Anyone else finding that your ski resort of choice has seriously raised their prices? Timberline seems to have raised theirs by 30%. Also, I'm not sure if this was just a thing last year (I've only had a pass for 2 seasons), but there was a small discount for existing passholders to renew. That seems to be gone as well. Sigh. I guess they're trying to recoup money lost last season, which is understandable, but still a bummer.

No change for my home mountain, Massanutten.

The Indy Pass price went up. But that multi-resort pass is relatively new and they are still evolving the business model. So any price hike is not really related to the pandemic.

Before Labor Day, the Epic Pass was 20% lower than the previous season.

I didn’t notice an increase with my home mountain of Sunday River, though I bought a higher level pass to include the Ikon base so maybe I don’t remember totally from last season. I’d say it was pretty much in line with my expectations though, if there was an increase it was minor year to year variation.

I'd be inclined to get one of the multi-resort passes, but none of them really make sense to get with the resorts closest to me.
