Did anyone else get the $10 off coupon via e-mail? Nice deal, and I found something on the online outlet site! Got the Karbon soft shell (VERY nice), and with the coupon and shipping it was $43. Can't do better than that!! (at least I can't, been hunting) Not a heavily used item out here, we generally need "Arctic" clothing, but for that price, it was well worth it. Hope it performs as nicely as it looks!

Thanks for the heads up. I ended up getting a pair of the Keen Woman's Venice h2's in the carnelian/apricot! Purchased a pair of socks and a beanie that will be a christmas gift for my niece.

I hope the shoes fit okay! they'll be arriving Sept. 2, so we shall see!

So far I've picked up a swimsuit for training which I really needed anyhow so it's winging it's way from the warehouse to my local store (which is free shipping) so I can pick it up next weekend when I head over to pick up my race packet for the following weekend. We'll see if anything else catches my eye when I head over there.

Well, my package originally said it would be delivered September 2nd from REI... however, I just checked the tracking this morning and found that it's already at my local post office! Yeah! Hopefully I'll be getting my new Keen's today... I hope they fit!

Well, ours must have swapped as my package was supposed to be at the REI store Saturday but it just shipped today so not sure that's going to happen. :(

I bet it will be, mine just shipped two days ago. Watch your tracking... I was pretty shocked at how fast it moved. I did the standard shipping too, and usually think the USPS moves slow...

Well, this is the kind where they send with a shipment to the store so there is usually an extra day in there while the store unpacks and sorts. Oh well, I guess I can wait an extra day for a $25 suit with no shipping cost.

I've never owned a pair of Keen shoes before.... umm... I just got my package from REI, and I'm in love with these shoes.

WOW..... ultra, not super, ULTRA comfortable. Wow. It doesn't even seem like I have sandals on....

Lots, don't go to the website. I've got the Venice 2 for dragon boat racing, but now wear them all the time. So I'm off to MEC to see what might be on sale next week. 71/2 is sometimes a good size!

They were Salomon XA Pro 3D Ultra Trail Running Shoes. I did get them through Backcountry.com for $82.46, but they were SUPER cheap at REI. They probably didn't have any of my size left anyway.... Well worth every penny. The version I have now are AWESOME but wearing out fast.
