problems with Tramdock alerts

Anyone else having problems with it? At least once a day, the pop-up (which I have to do manually/right click - the auto thing only works for a short time) says "internet connection lost, try to restart":noidea: Okay, nothing else is having a problem with connections. Stumped. I've exited program, restarted, even gone to trouble of uninstalling/reinstalling several times. It works for awhile then quits. Not that I need anything, ha.

I've taken to just having a window minimized when I'm actively online and refreshing it. Just is NOT working consistently for me :(

MSL, I was having the same problem with the desktop alert (and for Chainlove as well, actually). I gave up on it when they made the Firefox plugin available, so now it just sits in the status bar of my browser...

Very bizarre - the problem is completely intermittent. Now I'm having problems with Steep and Cheap, which IS on my Firebox status bar (whereas Tramdock was/is pop-up alerts). It doesn't update at all.
Who knows?? :noidea:
Guess if things don't update and show up, that means less chance of impulse buying??
