Basically chocolate manufacturers are appealing to the FDA to change the federal standards of identity for chocolate. They want to allow the use of vegetable oil in place of cocoa butter, and artificial milk substitutes in place or real milk, to make production cheaper.

I remember volkgirl doesn't like chocolate, but everyone else leave a comment on the site provided and see if we can keep our chocolate chocolate!

It should be presumed that I won’t ever get better. When such a determination is reached, I hereby instruct my appointed person and attending physicians to pull the plug, reel in the tubes and call it a day.
