Climber Sasha DiGuilian has an excellent article in Outsideonline.com on accepting our body types, as female athletes. Here's a snippet of what she says:

"We need to recognize what we appreciate about our bodies, highlight what we are proud of, what we’re good at, and feel inspired by, and face what we do not like. Self-esteem is the prerequisite to gender equality."

For the whole thing, go here.

This is a wonderful read! (So young to write so well!) We have to keep reminding ourselves, and reworking our brains around these concepts.
