Nordic ski forum?

I'd be stoked for a nordie thread/subcategory. Used to teach classic, skate and tele. Skinny skis are the best for cross training. If you can balance on a super narrow ski with no metal edges, only attached at the toe of what is basically a sneaker, alpine skiing becomes so much easier.

I used to race, then teach XC Classic and Skate ski. I'm now retired but still love the feeling of flying on classic skis. I live near Lapland Lake Nordic Center- Benson NY. they open with all nature snow-- we need snow badly so they can re-open they got a few days in after our early storms now the Rain has ruined it..
