Mt. Snow aiming for Nov 8th?

Looks like Mt. Snow might be aiming to open on Saturday, Nov 8th. Of course it's too early to say either way, and who knows what the weather will do between now and then, but it's pretty awesome that they'd try for that weekend if it's possible. That's THREE pre-thanksgiving weekends!

It's quite chilly today and temps are predicted in the 30s and 20s during the next week. I live about 1 15 min south of Mt. Snow.

Yeah, they did this last year, too -- they throw some features on the bunny hill and open for a few days after they test the guns. If I lived closer I'd be up there in a second.
