Merino Wool tops and bottoms

After reading the wool v. micro fiber discussion I went on a hunt to find some pieces to supplement my wool turtlenecks. Found merino wool long john tops and bottoms at Lands End for $20. Anything similar in my local shop was 85 Euros!! so I am happy:thumbsup:. They are super soft, but haven't washed them yet. I presume they will only get softer.

The fabric in merino long johns is usually so light and fine that it dries quickly with no need to put them in the dryer, which helps to keep them as new.
Also, an approved wool detergent makes a difference as the fibres are an animal based protein after all.
