I recently purchased a pair of Marker Stretch pants and have been pretty impressed so far. We found them at our local bike/ski shop on the clearance rack for $50 which makes the whole thing even better (2 days later I found the same pants at a resort store for $259 
).
The particulars: Marker Stretch Pants, Low Rise, Hip Hugger Fit, Comfort Fit, Waterproof/Breathable, Size 16. Rotofil Fabrics with Aqua Guard. They look more like a soft shell pant than a "stretch pant".
How surprised was I (a size 20ish) that a size 16 fit???? Not only that, but hubby says they make my a$$ look GREAT! I can only fit my Under Armor underneath, but they are warm enough that it hasn't been an issue yet. The second day I wore them, it was snowing like crazy - a really heavy, wet snow that was almost like rain. Everybody I was skiing with was soaked within 2 hours, but I stayed toasty and dry, even my butt.
The stretchiness of the material keeps them moving with your body and comfortable through the entire day.
Cons: The 16 is about 1-2" too long for my 30 1/2" inseam, but that is significantly less than most of the men's pants that fit my ample hips. The beautiful silky silver quilted lining, while warm and cozy, pilled significantly during the first 2 days, but I haven't seen any obvious additional pilling since.
All-in-all, I've been very happy with this purchase. It's awesome to finally own some pants that fit pretty well, keep me warm and dry, and actually make me look like a girl to boot!
