Marker MOD 11.0 IBC bindings

I'm looking at a True Luv set that advertises these bindings, but says they are on a demo track for easy boot fitting. Is that possible or is it just that those bindings are made to adjust and the seller put the words "demo track" in thinking it was an easier explanation?
I don't want whatever extra weight, as it sounds significant, from a demo track.
The skis are NEW btw.

I'm not at home right now, but I'm pretty positive that these are the bindings on my One Luvs.

I think he means that you won't have to remount the bindings as they can be adjusted on the rails.

But if they're new skis why would the bindings be mounted?

The MOD 9/10/11/etc bindings are the integrated bindings that come with the various "Luv" skis. They can be fully adjusted so never any remount since it's all integrated in, no drilling. Perhaps they were "mounted" in the store so that customers could see the look of the bindings fully mounted? This is not uncommon but the skis would still be new.

I know this is an old thread, but I have these bindings as well. They came with a Burnin Luv pair that I bought online. The guy at the local shop had a really hard time putting them on the skis (had to call for help) and told me that they were demo bindings and that they would be much heavier than another binding. I've read elsewhere that these are not demo bindings and that a lot of people don't seem to know what to do with them when it comes to installation. Did you ever happen to hear anything else? I'm not really up on all the gear stuff--especially when it comes to bindings. I'm wondering if another binding would be lighter and if I should consider it.
