About 10 days before the planned opening day. A mix of powder and man-made. Snow level was iffy down low, but the upper slopes should be pretty well covered.

Oh, I love Mammoth. I was there in late April/early May. I'll be jealous of all you west coast divas who venture out there. I will always think of Mammoth as the place that I learned how to be "cool" and ride a freakin' scarey lift without a bar.
