Love my Lange's!!!

Thanks so much for all of the boot fit advice. I am so glad I went to a good shop and had a good (and cute, young, lol!!)boot fitter.
I skied two weeks ago with them for the first time, first time for the Dynastars and first time with shaped skis. First run my muscles were screaming! things got better after that, though. It was cold and for the first time in my life my feet were not cold! I also went in a GS race for the first time ever. What a blast!!
Last weekend I skied both Sat. and Sun., working on using the shaped skis. Still love the boots. They fit so well I don't want to take them off, and it was 0 but my feet were not so cold that they burned when I took off the boots.
Typical Lange they are hard to get on, but easier than older Langes. The buckles work so easily, "like butter" one review said and that is not far from the truth.
In short, Love the Langes!!! (Comp 100's BTW) :D

That's just great!!

After mucho boot work I too have fallen in love with my Langes (WC 100 Team). I found the trick to getting them on and off is to wear semi-slippery polypro liners rather than socks. They slip right on and my feet still stay toasty. ;)

I have the Lange Freestyle 100 w and due to my high instep also had problems getting into them. My bootfitter trimmed the elastic on the top of the liner. Much easier to put on.

I didn't know they could be trimmed that way, thanks. I don't think mine are quite that difficult to get into. The worst day was when it was really cold outside and they got stiff just going from the car to the lodge.

I love my Langes too! I really like how the exclusive series works with my calves.

Only problem is they don't seem to make them very stiff, my bootfitter says I'd probably need to get a boot from a different series once I graduate from this pair unless they come out with something stiffer. I'm just hoping they do!

I keep my boots in the front of the car, put them on as soon as I get in the car, buckle them as soon as I take them off. I have a very high instep and the bone gets "stuck" as it goes in the boot, hence the need for the cut out. If you decide to do it don't slit the elastic but have the elastic cut all the way across.
