Looking for Ski Rental for the Ski Season 2007/8

Hi,
My friends and I are looking for a condo/townhouse/house to rent for the ski season next year (2007/8) in either Winter Park, Frasher (b/c it's cheaper than a resort) or Park City. Does any one have any intel on this, like reasonable price to pay, what to expect AND does anyone know anyone who's looking for renters in these areas for the season?

Thanks!
Eileen

My friends had a 2 month rental in Frisco for Jan and Feb. They paid approximately $1200 /month for a 2 bedroom, 2 bath.

Last summer they started checking the local newspapers. They only rented for 2 mos. as the price went up significantly for March.

That's good info to know. Thank you! Didn't think about March being pricier - I guess it's due to spring conditions and spring break.

My friends booked their condo in August. Also, Winter Park and Copper sells season passes in April in the $350 range. You can order them online.
