Looking for hip-length waterproof shell--petite/curvy

I'm between 5'2" and 5'3", 112 lbs. I do not have a tiny waist and do have 32D breasts....Struggling with shells. I bought a Patagonia Snowbelle in S and it goes down to mid thigh on me. I normally just use the shell part and ski with an Arcteryx Atom LT as midlayer. I tried some of the Arc shells and maybe they only had the longer ones--the Sentinel in XS landed a couple of inches below my butt. What brands/models would be shorter?

I would check out Sunice jackets. My old jacket fell right as my hip.
