line celebrity minis for daughter?

I'm trying to decide if I should get a pair of 2007 Line Celebrity minis for my daughter. She's only six, but is tall for her age, about 125 cm and growing like a weed. She skied for the past two years on Roxy polka dot skis, which were 100 cm, but when we rented this past week they put her in 110 cm (about chin length) and she did well in them. She makes parallel turns on easier slopes but reverts to a wedge when she goes on harder slopes. She likes to ski fast but has good steering and control. She's been doing lessons since she was 3 and is pretty coordinated. The Celebrity minis are a great deal, but the smallest size is 123. I suppose I could buy them and hold them until next year, but being twin tips I thought they would ski shorter. Any thoughts or reviews of these skis?

I would buy and hold until next year. I'm not an instructor, but IMO chin length is fine for a 6 year old who still reverts to wedging. It probably skis shorter, but not that much shorter.

But it's a great ski: we bought the very one for my daughter, and she's very happy with it. I'm hoping it will last 2 seasons ... we have the 143, and she's about 148 cm tall (almost 11 years old). I like having my kids on wood core skis, and they aren't that easy to find. I imagine the 2007 is a pretty good deal ...
