I remember doing this back when we shut down in February. I found it too easy after what I was already doing in the gym with my trainer.

But if you haven't been doing anything....it's great.

I mostly cycle and walk/hike. Also, I work out with a personal trainer once a week (finally back to indoors) and do many of the exercises but with weights (makes it harder) or more reps.
I think it's a great video.
