Is that an in general recommendation or specifically for when active? I also have low blood pressure.
Both, if you also get symptoms in day-to-day life. I use the recipe from Stacey Sims which is 1/8th tsp table salt with 1 tsp maple syrup in 16-20 ounces of water.
