Kettlebells anyone?

I've been home for the last two weeks with sick kids, unable to ski or hit the gym so I've dusted off my Kettlebells. Does anyone else use them? I'm interested in finding a new at-home routine. Right now I do a combo of swings, clean and press, windmills, figure 8s, russian get ups and one armed swings. Only about 20 minutes worth. I think I need a longer routine....

I've been doing Rachel Cosgroves Fit Female Workout. The text of the book is a bit cheesy for my taste but she has a lot of good weighted exercises, I'm sure you could do most with kettleballs, One of the worst id the Romanian split squat It's a real killer!

Made a mistake and did these split squats (50 of them) after my kettlebell workout... woke up to total pain in my quads and my "sitter" muscles... then I had to ski! I ignored the pain while skiing, but suffice it to say that I am having trouble on the stairs today. Ouch! Will I ever learn to use moderation?

Thanks for the ideas/links Divas. I will try them all and post back my results. I got on the scale and have 8 lbs to lose before June 1 to get me back where i was... too many apres ski burgers and beers, I suspect. I just programmed my interval workout into my runkeeper app so I am on my way!
