I've been home for the last two weeks with sick kids, unable to ski or hit the gym so I've dusted off my Kettlebells. Does anyone else use them? I'm interested in finding a new at-home routine. Right now I do a combo of swings, clean and press, windmills, figure 8s, russian get ups and one armed swings. Only about 20 minutes worth. I think I need a longer routine....
