Finally! We had some snow (not alot, but enough to cover the dirt), and the skiing today was awesome! Nice to look out from the top of the mountain and see some white stuff in the valleys.

It's about time.

Finally!! Looks like it should be too cold all week for rain to come and wash it all away :D
Make sure they keep the snow guns going all week for me :p

Well, this morning it's 1 degree. So doesn't look like you have much to worry about. :D

We went from brown/green and drizzle to shoveling 6-12" of snow and -2 deg f in the space of a weekend. Wow! Snow, wonderful snow everywhere.

No snow down here (yet) but I'm SOOOO glad that it's getting wintery up north! I'm headed to Okemo with some friends next Thursday... thank god it's not in the 60s anymore!

(ooh did I just jinx us?)

We got quite a bit more here in northern Vermont. At my house, maybe 7 inches. In the mountains, about a foot!

And, as Ski Diva said, now it's FRIGID. Wind chill is making it about 15 below 0 today here at the house. But cold for making snow. ;) Tomorrow it's supposed to be quite a bit warmer, low 30s. Oh, and there's more snow in the forecast.

Killington got 7 inches last night and it is still snowing. I can't wait to get their tomorrow! I skied for a few weeks at Yellowstone Club but I haven't skied on the east coast yet this season...I am so excited!

Everyone from MRG/Sugarbush and north got 10-14 inches last night and it is still flurrying here this afternoon, though on and off. Forecasts say flurries through tomorrow. It's about time winter arrived!

Cystal is now 100% open....not a brown spot in sight. Even The Gorge, which usually has sticks, weeds, and brush sticking up, was completely covered and totally skiable.

Yay!!

(Apparently the rest of the world got the message cuz the lines today were outrageous!)

Oh Yea.
I skied a major part of the day today.
Kris, Must have missed you some how. Saw your van for a while but just didn't see you where I was looking.

See you Sunday??

Yup. Mom will be coming up too.

You didn't look on the Nastar course, I'm guessing?? Where else would I be during race time ;) ?
