Help Needed: Interior BC trip - Feb 2027

Some friends are planning a trip to the interior of BC. Silver Star, Apex and Mt Baldy. I've skied Silver Star, but it was 40 years ago. I do know they have doubled the size of the place since then. Never been to Apex and I was sure that Mt Baldy was on the other side of Canada. Some of European crew want to Cat Ski, and Baldy has the least expensive option on a Thursday. I'm not interested in that at all. I could just miss that part of the trip. Trip is 12 days, so lots of time to do a lot of things.

So, any intel on Apex in particular or should I ski Mt. Baldy instead of heading home early?

Never skied at Apex, but have been to Silver Star. Quite enjoyed it, but I loved more a week at Sun Peaks in 2018. I can highly recommend the latter - good snow, good grooming, not crowded. Full of Aussies there too. I'll likely be at Big White again at some point this coming winter as granddaughter is still working there and her whole family will go.

@SkiBam - I am not impressed with the choices of Apex and Mt. Baldy. Mt Baldy is only because a couple of people want to Cat Ski. I'd rather we did Sun Peaks and Silver Star, since both are on my - need to return list!! But I'm not running things, and some things are still in flux.
