Oh, and not very much room to exercise, either. To do my PT exercises on a mat, I have to keep rearranging myself (and sometimes the furniture)!

I wasn't suggesting getting a piece of Pelton equipment. For the yoga classes you usually just need a mat and then if you don't have blocks, straps, bolsters, etc. then make suggestions on what you can use from around the house. It does sound a bit tight overall though, and looks like you made a choice on joining the gym with yoga anyway!

I've been thinking about trying the Peloton classes forever, and this schedule looks nice -- I hate trying to figure out that kind of exercise scheduling stuff. How many days a week do you do? They have 2-3 classes a day every day, though I guess many are quite short... Of course, even one class a week would be better than what I'm doing now, which is nothing, so maybe I should just start.

I am soooooooo inconsistent.. over the summer I've done 3-5 days per week of all of the classes (only around 40 mins total then add cardio or don't..) at times, then sometimes I'll just do the core classes or core and a second 10 minute class, etc. I'll start getting better with doing it most weekdays in another couple of weeks or so though. I tend to get really into it a couple of months before ski season starts haha.

@newboots - our local YMCA is $60/month....although they are still closed right now. And every class I wanted to take cost more!! No "Prime Time" membership. So if you want a class at 6pm...more money!!

FWIW we started doing 2 Peloton strength classes 3 days a week, and they've been great. Thanks for the reminder that I wanted to try the Peloton app, @MissySki

Wow what an inspiring speaker! My own anecdotal support is the example of my 80 year old mother who power-walks with her same age neighbors for 1 hour every morning, 5 days a week, regardless of the weather, and has done so for the past 20 years. Totally free exercise (other than shoes/clothes), she’s getting the socializing that is also key to long term mental health, thus far she’s cognitively showing absolutely no signs of decline, and she is SO positive in her outlook. My role model!
