For those of us who can't get on the hill as much as we'd like, how do you stay in shape during the ski season?

I go to the gym on the days I don't ski doing half an hour of weight training, half an hour of cardio.

What about you?

I feel like I lose my fitness level during the ski season. I am on the snow most days so I don't get to the gym.

So when ski season ends that's when I get back in shape!

Same routine since I don't get to ski as often as I'd like. I just get to eat a bit more freely (read nightly fudge fix at local on mountain fudge shop :o ) when I'm on a ski vacation.

About the same here. Right now for pre season I'm doing weights for 1 hour and about an hour of cardio. Weights 4xper week and cardio 5x. Keeps me busy that way and gets me in shape for the season. I can't wait!
