Today my pre-holiday sales orders are scheduled to come in. I ordered from two seperate places, but looks like they found each other mid-route and now are scheduled to come in on the same truck.
I ordered an Arc'Teryx Gamma SV softshell jacket, an Icebreaker TechFit top, and a micro-fleece vest for layering under the softshell. All of which I got on veeerry impressive discount.
I can't wait to try them on and PRAY that they will all fit well. I will need them on my trip to CO, since I got rid of my old WAY BIG ski jacket and now really have nothing other than a few fleeces and my old baselayers.
I don't really have a hardshell right now so if we get lots of snow/rain when I'm out there I may have to make a trip to a shop, but I'm really looking forward to giving these new more technical fabrics a try! Will post reviews!
