How long will your season go?

Right now my home mountain anticipates closing on April 13. Of course, they said that last year, too, but ended up extending their season by two weeks because of some big April dumps. I'm hoping that'll be the case this year, too, but if not, my season will end mid-April.

What about yours?

It's already over. :( 50 degrees and rain, and they are closed this week. They're opening up for easter--maybe, and that's it.

April 13th, but the rumour mill and the official website, says they may extend. Lease on condo is kinda open if that happens.

My main mountains will close April 13th (not for lack of snow but because of lease contracts) but A Basin will stay open at least through May. I don't historically ski much after the main closing but since the A Basin weekend is developing I'll probably do more this season.

Our home mountain is Mt. Snow, which will stay open as long as the snow lasts. We're hoping to ski in April - if the base holds out.

The official closing dates for most ski areas in Colorado are April 13th and April 20th (Copper, Winter Park, Steamboat, Aspen area, Vail resorts, etc.)

Loveland, Abasin, Silverton have not announced closing dates yet.:yahoo:

We have more snow in the forecast!:snow:

I will most likely have my last date probably sometime in May.

Friday is it for me. It's pouring rain right now and I'll be lucky to get through the slush at the end of the week.

Sunday River is shooting for April 27th, pending conditions. Wahoo...still feel like I haven't skiied nearly enough this year, and March has been pretty much nothing for me, so I'm making it up in April. I love soft corn snow, mashed potatoes, and SR has such a deep base this year, it'll be dreamy.

A couple years ago the frist 2 weeks of April were epic, omg...then a huge rain storm came in, and the next weekend it was half gone...so sad. I know it's all a crap-shoot for SR...just hoping for the best and trying to keep weekends free through all of April (damn softball though)...

March 31 is my planned last day assuming surgery goes though as scheduled for April 4. It's been a great season though, so I'm "at peace" with its anticipated conclusion and am already looking forward to next season, especially the Diva Summit!
