How do you track your days?

SkiGAP

I have a calendar subcategory called "Sport" in Daylite where I track my workouts and sports activities. On the given day I put the location, and usually which equipment I used.

I just joined slopesquad, it looks like a lot of us are signing up!

What, no related app?

There's a mobile website at m.slopesquad.com that works pretty well from your phone, but no, no apps, because I'm just one person and do this in my spare time (mostly -- long story).

There is a Ski Diva group that I threw together last year, yeah:
https://slopesquad.com/members/groups/theskidiva Groups are still a work in progress, so if there's anything you'd like to see that's not there, let me know.

THANKS SO MUCH to everyone who signed up today.

did you get my pm about adding my home mountain?
I totally get the labor of love thing - looks like the mobile page will be just fine.

Also, could you please add for Canada, BC
Red Mountain, Big White, Whitewater, Revelstoke, Fernie
I may have more later on this season but those are all a good bet. :-)

Katy, how is the skiing at Keystone and/or any of the other Summit areas?

Keystone is skiing well, although we need more snow. Looks like we might get some this week. Not sure about other areas as I've been trapped at work.

Not bragging as I've been trapped in the beginner area for the last 4 days!

I once asked an instructor if he'd rather be skiing with the upper levels (us), or with the level 1s, teaching people how to ski for the first time. He just gave me this *look*. "Which would you rather do, Monique?" Right.

I'm sure that it's a pretty special moment, though, the first time someone really "gets" skiing.

I'm another Slopesquad user although I also use The Snowbook on FB and track all my runs, speed, vert, etc with the Phresheez ap. Yup, I'm geeky like that. I hate that I have to pay for Phresheez each year, but I end up breaking down and doing it anyway cuz it's so fun to look at the stats (like a max speed of 31.2 mph today).

I just signed up too! 5 days for me is a lot this early! Better news is that I'm off work for #6 tomorrow!

Pretty cool site. I just joined too. I won't log tons of days -- unlike many Divas here, I consider it a successful season if I hit double digits -- but it'll be nice to track the days I do ski.

RachelV, once you're taking requests, could you add some of my more frequent ski areas here in Quebec, please? Saint-Sauveur/Avila in the Laurentians, and Bromont, Sutton, Orford and Owl's Head in the Eastern Townships? Also, though I rarely get there, Mont Ste-Anne in the Quebec City/Charlevoix region.

I don't even track my days. I know when I ski - 2 days every weekend from end of November till end of April plus every other chance I get. It's non-negotiable and nothing will keep me in town during ski season unless it's something really serious. Engagement parties/hens do's/birthdays don't count as serious reasons not to go skiing.

I think there is an app or a website to track your ski data by entering the number of your ski pass, it will also give you lifts used, vertical, speed etc.
