Hello all,
I'm brand new to this board but would love some imput help/advice on skis!
Trying to catch some end of season deals on skis but don't think I'll be able to get back up to the mountain to demo.... Am trying to get away with some tried and true advice!
So here's me: I'm a somewhat advanced skiier who's hoping to get better. I usually ski the more difficult blues and blacks. Not so much on the bumps though. I like the trees and glades when the snow is nice and even when it's not but I want it to be : ) and I like zipping down the groomers too. I mostly ski in VT but try to get out west for a few days a year. Basically I'm looking for a ski that I can grow with but can handle now and is good in both the woods and the trails. I've been recommended to K2 Lotta Luv by a few people. Any thoughts?
Oh and I'm 5"8, 125lbs, and ski a 160 ski. And even though I've been skiing for 10 years, I've never owned my own skis (just bought boots this year)... so I think anything will be a vast improvement over the rentals!
Thanks for your help!
