So, before our "big" trip this weekend (which is likely to be our last local ski trip of the season  ...we may try to squeeze a Tahoe trip in, but that'll only happen if the stars align), I decided to decorate my helmet. I used some stickers I got from a Japanese stationery shop in Japantown in San Francisco (don't ask me what they say...I haven't bothered to translate them), and well, you'll see...
Here's the overall effect:
Here's a close-up of the stickers:
And *here's* the piece de resistance!
(Yeah, I know...that one won't show as well when/if I wear goggles, but given that so far, I've been skiing relatively slowly on packed snow, and I wear glasses already, goggles haven't been needed...so for now, it'll be nicely visible to anyone behind me. Oh, and skidiva, the other sticker is on my left ski.
Thanks again!)
That should make me pretty recognizable on the slopes, doncha think? ;-) Most importantly, it makes my helmet immediately recognizable as mine, in case it manages to end up near another one of similar design.
