Have you ever fallen on your own binding?

I have, indeed! No pics (only videos). And it happened on the FIRST day of a ski vacation (a long, long time ago)! Collision avoidance was only partially successful, alas. My leg landed on the toe piece of my binding, which promptly SHATTERED (this was back in the dark era of explosive binding plastics). I had to be snowmobiled by ski patrol to the top of the gondola, where I downloaded. Big, ugly bruise, shaped like a toe piece, back of knee - but thankfully didn’t interfere with the remainder of the ski vacation
