Bumping this up... @RachelV , have you decided how you are going to distribute these orders, how we pay for them, etc? I know you'll probably be trying to distribute as many in-person as possible, but for the rest of us, can you give us a total price including shipping (I apologize, I know that's gonna be a pain!) soon?

I actually got this set up and reached out to a few people to test the process yesterday. Will share here over the next few days once I make a few tweaks!

Ok! I am sending PMs to people who expressed interest in hats, a few people at a time, and doing my best to do it in the order in which people expressed interest. Your PM will include instructions and link to a spreadsheet. The spreadsheet has one tab for each item (S/M Alpine Hats, Alpine Headbands, etc), with a list of all available patterns for that item.

1) Put your member name in the row for the item / pattern you'd like
2) Choose from the dropdown how you'd like to get it (diva east pickup, diva west pickup, shipping)
3) Venmo or PayPal me the correct amount (payment info will be in the PM)

Reply to the PM if you have specific Qs once you see the spreadsheet. It will probably take a week or so to get through everyone, but I'll go as quickly as I can based on how quickly people claim hats.

Jan 19 2026 edit: all the original hat claimers have had their shot at getting at hat. I'm now reaching out to others to claim the hats that are left. We've got hats left in every print except Crowded Slopes!

I'm talking to Skida about getting some custom gear made to help celebrate The Ski Diva's 20th anniversary. I know a lot of us love their stuff and I'm really excited about the idea of some custom hats. We can get a number of different items, and each will have a little custom Ski Diva patch in addition to the standard Skida patch.

I have to pay for everything in advance, so I'd like to really try to order roughly the right amount of stuff. These will be done right around the new year, so I'll be able to bring them in person to both Diva East and Diva West. I can also ship for those that can't make one of the trips. Prices may change by a few bucks depending on how many of each we order, but will be pretty close to what's listed below.

If there's a print you absolutely hate or love, please do mention that. I'll probably be able to pick one or two prints / colors per hat, and I'll do my best to pick ones that the most people have said they love and avoid any people have said they hated.
