Has anyone used the Hip Hook?

Title speaks for itself. I keep seeing Instagram ads for it and am intrigued. Would love some targeted release of my psoas and iliacus muscles. But it’s an outrageously expensive $200 for a funny shaped piece of plastic so I’m rather reluctant to pull the trigger.

I have a pso-rite. I play with it some. I think that my softball sized knobby massage ball works just as well.

I don't have one but have used one at the gym- not sure I would buy one. I also have a few trigger point massage balls that I use at home and can get into the same spots. They may not get in as deep, but it seems to do the trick

Hip Hook has a newer version called The Mark. It's $100-ish. Still a lot for a small, very specific device.

I found using a massage ball against a wall helpful.
