Happy Thanksgiving everyone!! Eat lots and lots and lots of food, and then eat some more...as I can't be home for it this year. It's 1 degree F outside, and there's A LOT of snow on the ground. Snowed BIG flakes for about 4hrs straight this morning! Y'all enjoy today with your families!

When I heard the forecasted high for Edmonton today, I thought of you. Have you been to Mountain Equipment Co-op or the Bay for clothes yet? Also the Lake Louise World Cup is just to the west of you - Go and see the big guys ski!!

I stocked up on long johns at Helly Hansen. I get 15% off with my Chix on Stix card. I'm wearing tights under my pants today to work. :D Trying to keep my mind off not being home today. Going out to snowvalley after work, so I try to think about that instead. I tried to watch the Macy's parade online, but due to IT being the security nazi's, I can't watch it! I have to download version 9 of flash, and the nazi's blocked it.

Sorry you can't be back in the states for the holiday, Lizzibell. That's got to be tough.

The parade broadcast on NBC was mostly all commericals, anyway. I felt sorry for all the marchers -- it was pouring out. Though I'm sure most of them were so excited to be there that they didn't even care.

Mark's Work Wearhouse has polar fleece lined jeans. I just about bought them, but decided that they felt a little too much like my ski pants. You might get used to the cold, in about 25 years. At least where you are its a dry cold, not like the East - damp and cold.
