Mr. Sheena and I just went out for a nice dinner and sat there for a long time talking and enjoying the food. When we got home realized we had been at dinner for 3 hours!

We were given a free piece of cake to share at the restaurant, so there was no way I was going to be able to eat any cake when we got back home. I have it dethawing in the kitchen. My mom was very kind to mail it to us (overnight express with about 20lbs of dry ice). I had left it in her freezer because last July when I left my apartment I still had 3 weeks left in DC and could not figure out a good way to get it on the airplane with me.

OK...

A) So I was really not picky when I chose my wedding cake - it was the last thing I chose and had no idea what I wanted it too look like, all that mattered to me was that it tasted good! I think it was yellow with raspberry filling. I am going to tempt fate and try a slice tonight as long as there is no mold or other weird looking fungi growing on it. I remember it being really yummy though.

B) We had raspberry cheesecake! It was yumm-mmy!
