Good Tree & Bump ski?

Ok ok...so now that I don't feel alone in the "addicted to buying stuff" category...(see my "I think I have an addiction" thread)

Let's talk trees & bumps! My Burnin' Luvs are a pretty stiff, responsive ski. I love them for haulin' down the groomers. However, I'd like something a bit softer for the bumps...but nice and wide to shred through the trees.

So...any suggestions? I'll probably demo, but would like to know what I should demo. (If and when the snow ever gets here). Thanks gals!

I'm waiting for answers here, because I'm interested in this as well - except for eastern bumps and trees! Also something that would be good in thick, soft spring mush.

I demoed a Rossi B2 last season that was quite fun in the bumps and trees. I really didn't like it once I got onto the groomed to go back to the lift, though. But I'm coming off Volkls, so the firm snow performance of the two is quite different. YMMV. I'd give it (or a B3) a shot!

Since you like K2 try the Lotta Luvs or the new Tough Luvs.

I bought Lotta Luvs last spring and skied all terrain with them. I like them much better in the bumps than I do my Volkls.

OK, update! So I was lucky enough to attend a huge ski sale yesterday with reps from every major ski brand...bindings, all kinds of fun stuff.

Anyway - my initial concern with adding a new tree/bump ski was the length of my new powder skis (K2 Nancy). I thought that a 169 would be a bit long thru the trees. So, I went around to the booths: K2, Volkl, Fischer, Elan....asking what size ski they'd put me in for trees/bumps. Everyone said 169/170. I'm 5'8" - so I guess that's about right! Now I just need to test the Nancy's and see how they perform in the bumpy stuff...oh, and complete physical therapy on my knee.

New face here - SO happy to find this site!

I am going to demo mogul skis this weekend. Have Volkl Supersports now, which I love, but want a dedicated mogul ski, since it's my favorite condition and the volkls are just not quick enough. Not sure where to even begin...just go from rep to rep I guess and see what feels right. Hopefully I can find some moguls out here so early in the season - hadn't thought of that lol...

Which would you get - Lotta Luv's which are only 10cm more waist, or Tough Luv's at 20cm wider?

I'm taking out my new Nancy's tomorrow in the BLIZZARD !! Testing it in bumps and all kinds of good stuff. From the reviews, it is good for bumps (with a slightly softer flex than comparable pow skis) and is one of the fatties of women's pow skis out there -

I'd like to say runout and get the tough luvs. Only however because my curiousity is so peaked about these skis. I am very curious to see how these ski, let us know if you get a chance to ski them. My gut instinct is that they are going to become another favorite.
