Greetings - I live in Anchorage and would like to buy a new pair of boots this fall. There is only one skilled boot fitter in Anchorage ; very small job with limited boot selection. I have very narrow feet and currently have the Lange Rx9. My previous boot was a Strolz (made in Austria). A terrific boot. I need to replace soon. I'm open to traveling the pacific northwest. Please pass on any recommendations. Many thanks.

If you do make it to the Seattle area, here are two shops to try: Sturtevants in Bellevue, and Gerk's Alpine Hut in Redmond. Mt Pilchuck in Everett is a pretty good ski shop, but I don't know how they are with boot fitting.
