Gloves for Hubby

Many years ago my husband lost the upper part of his first digit. Now this finger/hand gets cold fast. He's looking for a mitt as when the digit is with others he can keep it warm. Any one got a model/manufacturer of a warm mitt. He wants a removeable liner. Thanks Divas

I used a couple of times last season some of the upper end Marmot gloves, they were definately the most comfortable gloves I've ever worn, they were also incredibly warm. I don't know what model they were, but alot of women here reported they loved the Marmot Randonee mitten. I would check out the different Marmot gloves for him based on this.

I don't think they have a removable liner, but the Reusch Racing mitten is exceptionally warm while remaining breathable, and studly enough that guys don't get all oogy about wearing mittens (they were the mittens of choice for Bode Miller) and they even have a version with printing that makes them look like gloves.

The new Marmot Randonnee mitten has glove fingers inside. You can't use a glove liner with it because t's no longer a true mitten, IMO.

For what it's worth, I just bought Hestra gloves this week to replace my Randonnee mittens.
