I don't know about you, but seems to me that most of the people out on the slopes on any given day are men. A lot women drop out, for a wide range of reasons -- lack of time, kids, a spouse who doesn't ski, etc.
How about we try to get these women back on skis with a "Take an ex-woman skier to the slopes" day? It doesn't have to be any specific day -- just whenever you and your friend can arrange it. And it doesn't have to be a weekday -- night skiing or weekends are fine. But wouldn't it be great if this coming season, each of us re-introduced someone to skiing? Maybe they'd re-discover what it is that attracted them to the sport in the first place. And then there'd be more of us out there.
Think about it.
