Hmm... Chanel & Prada... obviously an ultra high-end resort. The presence of an ibex means it is most likely in the Alps. The low-res photo obscures the lettering on the sign but it appears to be German (****hütte). My guess for an ultra high-end German speaking resort is St Moritz.

Well, there are buildings through the trees. And it looks flat, somewhere more urban than mountain. Or at least a valley.

It does look more urban than mountain but the fog also makes it very hard to tell...
