Great Customer Service
I got an email from Steamboat asking how our trip was and if we had a good time. I emailed them back and told them how much we love the town, what a great time we had with Billy, and I also told them that we had some housekeeping issues and maintenence issues with the condo (nothing major - just kind of a pain in the butt).
Today I got an email stating that we will get one free night on our next winter vacation package with them! That's a huge savings since we usually get a 3-4 bedroom place.
We were hoping to get back there one more time and this might just be the clincher. Plus they offered us all the discounts from our initial reservation so I have to call her and see what the story is.
