OH! Its what shes doing at the 5 min mark! Shes doing it kinda timidly so she stays facing forwars but if you actualy rotate it with your hips, really tip forward and let the edges roll and touch the floor as you move the bosu will physically start to move / rotate such that youre no longer facing forward. So i do that in one direction all the way around till im facing forward again, and then reverse the motion and go the other way till im facing forward again. It gets a lot easier once you get comfortable with it.

Those bosu ball exercises look 'fun', I might have to get a ball for my at-home PT collection. I was doing a variety of lunges with front foot on the ball at the gym a few weeks ago, but I took them out to make more room for other excercises but might need to throw them in once in a while. You can also do it with back foot on the ball and front foot stepping forward to the ground, it adds a different type of challenge.
