First Bumps, First Powder Day

 :snow:  :snow:

It's dumping here in Summit Cty today and I got my first bump and powder skiing of the season. We skied Keystone and it seems like everyone who could get here from Denver was skiing. 1st run down Irishman there was about 10" of powder but it got tracked out very quickly.

There were long lines at the Montezuma lift so we skied down River Run to the gondola.

After lunch the powder hounds left and we had Montezuma lift to ourselves. Batchelor was open and we found some really nice bumps to ski.

Not all of the mtn is open, North Peak and the Outback are still closed.

Hopefully, the snow will continue so more runs can be opened, otherwise, Sat and Sun will be worse than Christmas.

Very nice. I work the next three days, but will be at either Copper or Breck on Monday...depends on who has the best conditions!

Hope this snow keep up til Sunday night!

Monday should be good. We're skiing Copper tomorrow. I'll let you know how it is.

I need to be back on Sunday. I hope it clears up by then.
