It's called "Snowball cake" which is angel food cake broken up into a sweet orange flavored gelatin which sits over night in the frig, then flipped over and frosted and covered in coconut. It looks a bit weird, especially because I had to double the recipe, but it's really good. I had also made little trees for the top and sides but did not get a picture of the true final product.
