Expansion Plans for Waterville Valley

Waterville Valley in NH has announced plans to expand. According to the press release, the plans call for 15 new trails spanning 140 acres of skiable terrain. A gondola would connect Town Square to a new base lodge at the foot of Green Peak, extending the ski area's vertical drop some 200 feet lower to Tripoli Road. Existing and new Green Peak trails would be served by a high speed gondola.

The ten year plan also includes previously submitted plans for a new high speed six person chairlift replacing the White Peaks Quad and a fixed grip quad replacing the Sunnyside Triple.
