Going to be renting in Davos and want the Dynastar Legend 84 but they are not available there. Can anyone recommend a similar ski? I particularly loved the damping (shock-absorbing) ability of this ski.

Hopefully, others will chime in with Atomic/Salomon models, of which I'm currently unfamiliar. (Atomic Vantage 85?)

You might be able to find a Fischer My Mountain 84. This used to be the Koa.

I demoed the Legend 84 at Big Sky a few weeks ago and loved it.

In Europe you will see a lot, I mean a lot of de-tuned race skis and more narrow front side carvers. I ski in Italy and Austria not Switzerland but I would imagine it’s not that different there. I ski the Rossi Temptation 84 and bought them here but I’ve yet to see another pair on the mountain. I see lots Of Stockli Axis Motion, Volkl Flair series, Volkl Race Tiger, Atomic Redsters, etc.
