End-of-season bargain hunting dilemma

I've demo-ed a few skis and thought I narrowed it down to a couple (actually one, K2 One Luv). And I was going to ski one more time before the end of season to nail it down. So I can take advantage of all the end-of-season sales.

But things took a wrong turn (actually a RIGHT turn) when I rented a couple of men's skis.

Now, I'm less sure of my finalists.

(those of you who visited my "who's happily skiing men's ski" thread knows where this is coming from)

There're simply no more days left in the season to try out the list of men's skis. To complicate things more, the condition is very warm. So whatever demo I'll get to do will NOT be typical condition I expect to use my skis in. I fear even my planned demo of the K2 One Luv may not be all that useful at this point...

Option 1) So, should I just bite the bullet and get the One Luv without bothering with another demo? (they're now around 50% off, very good deal, but that's still $500 we're talking about) I'm reasonably sure I won't hate it. But...there's no guarantee I would particularly like it either.

Option 2) Given my experience in liking the men's ski. Should I wait for next season and demo some unisex skis before jumping into the women specifics? I'll likely pay through my nose buying the ski I want early to mid-season...

Option 3) Get a men's ski that has "similar" characteristic if I can find a real cheap deal (there're a lot more of them floating around, and being the softer flex I'm after, they're also consider "lower level" skis which MAY be cheaper even when new? -- not sure about that one)

I need the collective wisdom of the more experienced divas. Thank you.
